Hello IDLA teachers, students, and staff. We’re aware of performance issues affecting IDLA’s learning management system, Schoology. These performance issues cause the following error to display for students:
Schoology has notified schools on why this issue is occuring. To summarize, the demand on their IT infrastructure has increased over 400% due to COVID-19. You can read the details they have published here.
At IDLA we realize that online learning is important, especially during these times. We are doing all we can to support Schoology returning to normal operations. We are also keeping detailed minutes of this issue that you can track here.
